During the off-season in South Florida, typically June through December, we offer our properties month to month at a reduced rate. They are the perfect accommodations for anyone who needs to be in South Florida for an extended period. For example:
- Planning to move to South Florida, but need a place to stay before deciding on a permanent home or apartment? Stay with us while you shop for the area where you would like to live.
- Are you a business traveler who needs to be in South Florida for a month or more on a project? Stay in one of our comfortable homes, not a hotel. Your family can even come an visit for a weekend getaway.
- Are you a college intern who needs a place for the summer while you work for credits at an area business? Stay with us and be just 1.5 miles to the beach on your day off.
