Everything except tax is included in our posted rates. Payment in full is usually required at the time of booking. The total rental fee is refundable if cancelled within 30 days of reservation. A refundable security deposit is required for all renters. Renters must be 21 years or older. All terms are outlined in our rental agreements. The agreement will be sent to you upon booking your reservation. We accept checks and all major credit cards and PayPAL. Prices are subject to change without notice. Sorry, we cannot accept pets of any kind. Three night minimum stay. 11% Occupancy Tax is applicable on all rentals. Stated rates are in U.S. dollars. A charge of $50.00 per night will be charged for each additional guest over parties of six.
